Barekly is a virtual gift shop that you can find the most quality with options that will meet all your occasions, also we at Barekly care about your special events that's why we developed our smart My Occasions which will allow you to save all the important dates you care about and we will Remind and Pick you the best option for each occasions you saved in My Occasions, and YES we Deliver you the happiness to your beloved ones.

 2 Can I use Barekly and visit the shop?

Till now we developed Barekly to serve your orders online whenever you are so it's not a shop to visit as we provide you variety from many vendors

 3 Is buying through Barekly safe?

Barekly provides safe online shopping using various security services. We use SSL security for all our online pages, and process payments through KNet.

You can also pay in cash at the time of delivery.

 4 Why do I need to register?

A uset account at Barekly gives you many benefits. It allows you to:

  1. Create reminders for your special occasions and evetns related to your loved ones. Never forget an important date again!
  2. Keep a wishlist of items you like to easily access it later.
  3. Order from Barekly and save your delivery addreses
 5 I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you forgot your Barekly account password, you can request a reset email from the login screen.

  1. Click on Login
  2. Click on Forgot password
  3. Enter your email
  4. Click Send

You will receive an email with steps to change your password.

 6 What is the Wishlist?

Through the Wishlist, Barekly allows you to keep a list of items you like and quickly and easily access them whenever you need.

To add an item to your Wishlist click on the ♡ icon in the item's page. You can access it anytime later (if it is still available) by visiting your Wishlist link.

 7 What payment methods are available?

You can pay online through KNET or using Cash on Delivery (COD) when you receive your order.

 8 When will I receive the items I ordered from Barekly?

We will deliver your items as soon as possible. Usually it takes from 1 to 2 business days.

 9 At What time will the delivery team contact me?

Our delivery team will contact you before the delivery team reaches the delivery address.

 10 How much do I need to pay for my delivery service?

Delivery Free if the shopping cart is more than 50 KD, otherwise the delivery charge will be 2 KD.

 11 What are the areas or locations covered for delivery?

Our delivery team covers all locations in Kuwait.

 12 Is there an option for Pick-up?

We at Barekly generally ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible with our delivery networks, unfortunately we don't have the option for Pick-up, and once it's there we will update you through our social media networks and mails if you are subscribed to our mailing list.

 13 How do I contact Barekly if I want to cancel my order?

Barekly customer support is always available through

however if your order proceed for delivery a deduction fees may apply.

- Some items may not be cancelled or returned such as flowers… etc.

- Item(s) canceled that belong to an order with a total amount greater than or equal to 50 KD are subject to a 5 KD cancelation fee.

- Item(s) canceled that belong to an order with a total amount less than 20 KD are subject to a 2 KD cancelation fee

 

 14 How can I return or exchange items I bought through Barekly?

Returns and exchange have been made easy for you at Barekly. You can return or exchange your product within 14 days of purchase by calling customer care at +91 93114 39117

 or emailing us at care@Barekly to schedule pick up from your home.
